"How do you code one of those fancy scrollbars?"

Here's the basic coding for a scrollbar. Just copy and paste, and then change the colors.

body {scrollbar-arrow-color: USUALLY EITHER WHITE OR BLACK; scrollbar-track-color: COLOR FROM YOUR LAYOUT; scrollbar-face-color: COLOR FROM YOUR LAYOUT; scrollbar-highlight-color: MEDIUM GRAYISH COLOR HERE; scrollbar-3dlight-color: DARKISH GRAYISH COLOR HERE; scrollbar-darkshadow-color: BLACKISH COLOR HERE; scrollbar-shadow-color: SILVERISH COLOR HERE;}
