Take this picture for instance:

To start, take the biggest circular pencil you can find on whatever program your using. Pick a color and start randomly placing circles down the side of your picture.

The next step is pretty much the same. All you have to do is take the medium sized pencil and do exactly the same.

Repeat with a smaller brush. Actually, repeat this step until you get down to the smallest pencil you have.

With the smallest pencil, just place little dots all over the pencil area, and make sure to straggle a few off to the sides.

Well, I've done better, but hopefully you get the idea.

"Ain't I so beautiful?" Karate Kitty meows at you. He stares at you until I respond:

"Yeah yeah sure Kitty. You're beautiful and you're beautiful."
